Here is a “chutes and ladders” graphic which illustrates our custom PE plastic film development process.  It may take three iterations to achieve the specific properties you are looking for.  In any case, we have found that making a pallet or two before proceeding to large volume is prudent.  Bad things happen when an item is not thoroughly tested (development phase) and ready for prime time (commercial phase).

We are often asked why we prefer to run full size rolls instead of stub rolls for test and evaluation.  The answer is some things do not manifest in short rolls but do show up in full rolls.  Better to flush out any issues early than later.
