THE FOLLOWING ARE UNUSUAL SPECIALTIES OFTEN DIFFICULT TO FIND:

POLYBUTYLENE
We have made film out of polybutylene for over 25 years. This resin offers excellent heat resistance, strength, elongation and abrasion resistance. Does not lend itself to heat-sealing. Give us a call to see if polybutylene or one of our other resins is appropriate for your project.

1,2 SYNDIOTACTIC POLYBUTADIENE
We are one of a few extruders who have mastered the processing conditions and keep this in stock. It is a soft, pliable film which melts at a low temperature, making it a natural for demanding low – melt, total batch inclusion applications.
Photodegradable.

JUMBO ROLLS
For sheeting over 38”, we can provide long length rolls up to 33” outside diameter. Reduces scrap from roll changes.

R F WELDABLE
Looking for an alternative to Polyvinylchloride ? We have a completely recyclable alternative which has better economics.

TOLLING
We often extrude film made to customer specifications from resin supplied by our customers. There is a per pound charge for throughput. Economics are always favorable.
